For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the nnn7 Platform. 2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). nnn7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
2.5 One Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the nnn7 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nnn7 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. nnn7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify nnn7 support immediately via live chat or email.
3.3 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. nnn7 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱50 per month to inactive accounts, deducted from the Account balance, after providing prior notice to the registered email address.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting nnn7 support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. nnn7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱10. There is no maximum deposit limit, though nnn7 reserves the right to apply transaction limits in accordance with AML compliance requirements.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to KYC verification status. nnn7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. nnn7 will not process withdrawals to accounts or wallets that do not match the verified identity of the Account holder.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. nnn7 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Transactions that appear suspicious may be reported to the relevant authorities. nnn7 reserves the right to freeze an Account and withhold funds pending investigation where AML concerns arise.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by nnn7 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum deposit thresholds, and eligible game restrictions. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain game types (e.g., live dealer games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward fulfilling wagering requirements.

6.1 Certified RNG. All non-live games on the nnn7 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios and are subject to independent oversight.
6.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game session, nnn7 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. nnn7 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game session. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. nnn7's decision on game disputes is final, subject to applicable regulatory review.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nnn7 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the nnn7 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, and trademarks, is the property of nnn7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. nnn7 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
nnn7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. nnn7 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or legitimate business necessity.

11.1 No Warranty. The nnn7 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nnn7 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
11.2 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nnn7's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Exclusions. nnn7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.
12.1 Amendments. nnn7 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 Termination by nnn7. nnn7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for cause, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML review.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through nnn7's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where applicable.
